The Bolt Family

I love my job, but when I can’t talk, it’s hard to do it effectively. Luckily since I had lost my voice, I had Trisha with me to help out. Luckily the Bolt crew was understanding and stayed with me while I squeaked my way through their shoot. Here are a couple quick selections from their gallery.

Reagan at 2 months.

I just love when I get such an expressive baby in the studio.  Reagan would just smile and laugh when we’d talk to her.  It almost made me want another one,,, just almost.  So she smiles easily, but she also has the cutest little curious look at times.  Here are a few of my favorites from the session.

Izzy and Savannah

It’s been a while since these two beautiful girls have been to the studio and I was so thrilled to see them again, even though it was hard to believe how big they have gotten.  They started off a bit on the shy side, but by the time we were finished I’d received about a gagillion hugs.  Here are a few of my favorites from their session.

Cory, Katie and the G-man.

We’ve photographed Graham on a couple different occasions, but this time was special.  His daddy, Cory, had been on duty over seas and he finally made it home.  I was thrilled to have them all stop by the studio for some family shots and then some of the G-man by himself, to celebrate his turning one year old.

one year old portrait of a boy

Whit and his mommy.

Just a few quick pics from Whit’s session.  Such a cute little boy who has tow adorable siblings.  I can’t wait until we shoot the entire group of them.

The Bruton Crew

I love these kids.  Two of them are friends with two of my kids and I’ve enjoyed watching them grow up over the past several years.  When Sarah told me they wanted some portraits to give their parents for Christmas, I knew I wanted something that really told something about each of them.  Something that really let their personalities show.  We kept it very relaxed, very informal and ended up with several photos that do just that.
