15 years AND a new look

Well today, Trisha and I celebrate 15 years as husband and wife. I’m one lucky guy.  Not much else can be said.

Also, we’re updating our website with a new face.  Be sure to take a look.  blairweddings.com

And,,,, Trisha took some new pics of my new, less-hair look.  You can get a peek of it on the new “about me” page of my main site.

I wanna be like my brother

I remember looking up at my brother and being amazed by all he could do. Now, I watch my youngest watch his brother and mimic his actions. So, here’s to the future skater dude, Ian.

the T-Buckets came to town

The Second Annual National T-Bucket Alliance Run hit Mountain Home this week. Conner and I took some time out this morning to visit the fair grounds to see all the T Buckets at their best. The amount of time the owners have invested in these automobiles is amazing. Some were beautiful… some comical.. and some simply oozed power.

Here’s a few pics Conner and I gathered as we walked around.

Let’s get together over some coffee

I love the area I live in. Mountain Home, Arkansas is one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas I’ve had the pleasure to find. Although the beauty is amazing, I find that my clients are normaly from areas a bit further away. In order to meet the needs of the couples who are getting married and are still looking for their photographer,,,, AND my current clients, I will be spending a bit of time out of the office in the future. I’ve selected three different cities, Little Rock, Fayetteville and Springfield, MO, to meet my current clients and those who may be interested in seeing more of my work. You can find a schedule of locations and dates here, or by selecting the “meeting in person” tab at the top of the blog.

I do encourage anybody who is interested in meeting to call and schedule a time to meet in person as all meetings will only be by appointment.

Thanks,

jb

it’s hot at the Zoo

Man, July has finally made it and I’m ready to complain about the cold weather of December. Of course, then I’ll be ready for the heat again…. so it’s a never ending cycle of my griping about the temp.

The herd of animals that inhabit our Zoo, aka yard, find it hard to do much but lounge in the shade and play in the sprinkler.

Here’s a few updated pics of part of the crew…

Ahhhh, sweet water!!!!!!

One of the guys…..

Well, I’m sure you cannot tell which one of these guys is me…..

Back in April while in Vegas at the wedding photographers convention I had the pleasure of meeting Brian Tao and many other wonderful photographers from around the world.  One of them asked me to take a group shot for them and me,,, being me,,, I had to get in the shot as well.  They labeled me “an honorary Asian”.  I was truly honored.

Anyway, thanks to Brian of Luxography in Toronto, I now have a couple more shots to add to my collection.
Thanks guys,

jb
