Adam & Rachel – Searcy, AR

This is such a beautiful story.  Adam and Rachel had to hurry and have their wedding nearly 18 months ago before he was deployed to Afghanistan and they never had a real reception.  Now, after 15 months of serving, Adam came home.   Rachel had been living in Germany during this time, so it was a real homecoming for the entire family.  It was a beautiful night, punctuated by beautiful people.

Oh, and they had the most amazing coffee punch.   Awesome stuff.

Since I felt my job on this particular day was to document a love that had to wait so long to be back together, I’m posting several photos of just the two of them.

Welcome home Adam and Rachel.  I hope you may never have to spend that much time apart again.

Hadley & Karley

These two girls were so much fun to photograph. Both of them had such incredible and individual personalities. Here are four quick picks from their session here at the studio.

This bug has always creeped me out.

Just a few minutes ago I walked out of the studio to put some stuff in my car and as I’m walking back in I find a bug.  I really don’t mind most bugs, but this one has creeped me out my entire life.  So, I thought I’d face it and see if that helped.  Here’s what I found out.

1.  The bug still bothers me.

2.  I need to wash the outside of my windows.

My new Crocs™

I have the best clients in the world.  I went to the mailbox a few minutes ago and found an envelope from Ginny.  And to my surprise, I’d received two awesome key chains from her.  One in blue, one in yellow.

Thanks Ginny.  You’re just too much.

Eric & Lauren – Mountain Home

Let’s get caught back up with the last wedding we photographed.  Trisha and I spent a great, but very warm, Saturday evening with Lauren and Eric here in Mtn. Home.  They had a beautiful wedding and a ceremony that was equally matched.  Here are a few of our favorite photos from the day.

So congrats guys.  Hope each year continues to be better than the previous.
