Archive for February, 2009

I think Tyler was a bit reluctant when we first started his session, but hopefully it wasn’t too painful.  We made it through a very cold and windy shoot and ended up with several photographs that I think are awesome.  My only regret is that I didn’t get him to play his guitar for me.

Apparently Emily brings cold, windy weather with her any time we’re supposed to shoot.  We had to postpone the outdoor part of her session due to the weather, but on the day we met up, the wind was blowing like crazy and it was still cold.   Apparently it wasn’t too cold for her though, as she showed up in flip flops.  We ended up having a great time and got some great shots.  Here’s four from her session.

This is such a funny age.  The baby is developing an opinion, but generally lacks the muscle tone to back up that opinion…. so often my favorite baby shots are when they’re asleep.  Aidan did such a fantastic job though and I really like so many of the photos from his session.

Here are four of my personal favorites.

Right in  the middle of recovering from the ice storm that left us without power for 9 days, we packed up and left town to shoot a wedding in Rogers.  It was great to get away from the mess of broken limbs and enjoy a day of celebrating.

Christie and Lance are one of those couples who are just incredibly gorgeous, and even hotter when they’re together.  Combine that with two beautiful personalities and our work was easy.  They gave us a lot of room to roam and freedom to be where we needed to be, which is always appreciated.

This was another instance of getting to see previous clients at the wedding as well.  Blair & Kristin (Blair is Lance’s brother) and Kim & Sam were at the wedding and of course I bothered them for a photo of all six together.

We also had the pleasure of once again working with Rick and Debbie from cineast films.  If you need a video team for your wedding, these two are fantastic and I love working with them.

Thanks for letting us hang out with you for the day.
