Matt and Morgan got married.  It should be as simple as that, but it’s not.  The real story is… Matt and Morgan finally got married.  I’ve had these guys on my schedule for a LONG time.  That time didn’t go to waste though, as they had planned a beautiful rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

We’ll start with a couple of Morgan’s bridal portraits and finish up with the rehearsal and wedding.  It seems that any time Morgan and I had scheduled a shoot,,, it would rain.  The wedding day was nearly the same.  Storms blew through Little Rock around 4 am that Saturday, but thankfully the sky had cleared in time for the wedding.

This was our first wedding to photograph at Marlsgate Plantation and man,,, it is a cool place.  I can’t wait to return.

So, here’s a few of the pics.  I hope Morgan and Matt are able to access them from whatever exotic locale they are currently visiting.

We met Regina last May when she was a bridesmaid in Josh and Danyelle’s wedding that we photographed in Russellville.  I’ve been looking forward to Regina’s wedding ever since she called me several months ago.  Regina and all of her “preacher friends” are some of the most genuine and hilarious people that we work with.  (I will be posting a photo from the wedding of our other two couples who were there, Matt.  Last week’s groom gave me grief over my doing this.)  It was great to see Josh & Danyelle and Ryan & Kim at the wedding.

I’ve had  a lot of cool groom’s cakes, but this wedding may have had the funniest one I’ve seen … possibly ever.  Stephen’s sense of humor really made hanging out with him and the guys a lot of fun.

Thanks for letting me document your wedding day and I can’t wait for you to see the entire gallery.

We’ve sent their album to print and I cannot wait to see it in person.  I loved shooting their wedding and am totally in love with the album design.
