Last night Ian’s Cub Scout Den visited the Mtn. Home Fire Department for their Go-See-It.  It’s great to be able to spend time with my kids,,, and to be honest, it’s great to be able to photograph a few things purely for my own enjoyment.  We had a great time and here are a few photos from our visit.

Yesterday Ryan and Samantha brought Alli into the studio for her first photo session.  I have photographed a lot of babies, but Alli was one of the smoothest sessions I’ve ever had.  She seemed to love the camera….. even though I know it was me that she really loved.

Here are eight of my faves.

Last week I was lucky enough to spend the evening with some amazing people who are supporting a great cause.  I know some of them will be trying to find their photos…. so I figured I should put up a link on the blog to help them out.

Senior portraits are one of my favorite categories of portraits.  It’s a time for the subject to let their personality come out in a portrait session that is 100% about him.  (Or her)  The resulting photos should be ones that tell you something about the subject.  Hopefully we always achieve that to some extent.

Paige came in last week for his senior portraits and we had a blast.  Somewhere between laughing and playing with his dog, we managed to get some great pictures.  Here are a few from his gallery.

I’m not even sure what to say here.  You take one beautiful woman, two gorgeous young girls and an incredible fall afternoon…. and you end up with magic.  I loved watching these three play.  The girls had so much fun and kept me laughing with their extensive knowledge of “Ricky Bobby”.  I am so happy to be able to show these off.
