Last week Amber and Nathan came to town for their engagement session. We tried to shoot early in the morning in order to avoid the heat, but we still got hot. At least I did. Anyway I really enjoyed getting to work with both of them and cannot wait until their wedding. Here are four quick picks from their session.

Last year I photographed a wedding for David and Katherine in Little Rock. This April, I had the pleasure of seeing them at David’s sister’s wedding.
Patrick and Jill have already been written about on our old blog when we shot their engagement session. I’m posting a couple of their engagement photos here as well as a couple of her bridal portraits.

I absolutely love the church they were married in. The sanctuary really lends itself to awesome photographs. Combine the location with a great couple and I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Having already met Jill’s family, I knew I would be treated like one of the bunch, and David’s side was just the same. I left the wedding feeling as if I really had spent the day with old friends.

The reception was non-stop. I’m amazed at how certain groups seem to have more energy than I can imagine. These guys never stopped dancing.
