A few weeks back I posted a link to John’s and Ashley’s engagement session that we shot at Hendrix College.  Today, I’ll put up a few of my selections from their wedding day.  This was my first full dress military wedding ceremony and it was beautiful.

Trisha and I pulled up to the church in Stuttgart to be greeted by the sound of a duck calling contest.  All these guys, standing behind a building off Main St., practicing their best calls.  It was entertaining to say the least.

Anyway, we could not have asked for a more beautiful day.  We’d driven from Mtn. Home that day, spending most of the time driving through the rain.  When we arrived, the sky began to clear and gave way to a beautiful blue.  The rest of the day would be just as great.  John and Ashley both gave us a lot of freedom to be close to them at all possible times, to get those very personal moments.  These are what make the most incredible and emotional photos of the day.

We were thrilled with the results and hope they are too.
